I am 61 yr. Old, just started talking LUPOXA OD 600 on advice of orthopedist, I am taking medicine of B.P & DIABETES since 2002, also having a gallbladder stone of 16 mm. What will be the effect of above mentioned medicine on my lever and kidney. As well as on my heart.

If given with caution (under the prescription of the doctor) then you need not worry. You also have to be proactive and take positive steps to improve you health status. Eat only healthy food (have wholesome grains and unpolished pulses along with seasonal vegetables and fruits ). Have sufficient water (10 - 12 glasses of water or more if required ). Reastrict the calorie intake. Be physically active - workout according to you comfort level. Learn yoga (and pranayam) as it is simple and does not have any adverse impact on your joints. Go for regular blood and urine tests to keep a check on your organs.
