I feel some pain in my sole area under my feet. What is the reason for this and how to avoid it. Also I feel some irritation in my eyes. I find it difficult to open my eyes wide.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user Pain in the sole is due to a condition called Plantar Fasciitis. For, it's treatment, some conservative measures have to be followed:- Wear soft sole footwear - Massage your feet with warm oil along the whole length of the sole - Dip your feet in a tub of warm water for 15 minutes twice daily. - And most importantly, start doing exercises for Plantar Fasciitis for 15-20 min daily (these you can find on internet) For your eye problem, try splashing your eyes with plenty of clean water. There could be some eyelash or some foreign body stuck in your eye. If no relief, consult an ophthalmologist.
