My wife has taken zerodol Mr. today for leg pain and my two years daughter is on breast feeding, her age is 2 years and my wife age is 26 yrs, does it have any affect on my baby.

It belongs to the NSAID group of drugs. There is no data on secretion of aceclofenac in breast milk. The current recommendation is to avoid the drug during Breast feeding. A single dose won't lead to any harm, but better to avoid in future. Better to consult your doctor before taking any over the counter drugs during pregnancy or lactation. Paracetamol is a drug for pain relief, which is proven to be safe in pregnancy and lactation. Also now that the baby is two years old, better to wean off the breast milk.
