My son 6.5 year old is suffering from stomach ache ,in regular intervals ,for the past 4 days. He had loose motion 3 days before. It lasted only for one day. I am giving him junior Lanzol 15 for 2 days (daily 1).since yesterday he is having loose stools. What may be the reason for stomach ache? Should I stop giving him junior Lanzol?
