I have an uneven color on lips, looks pigmented. Please suggest any budget treatment to get rid of weird lip color. Can I go for lip reduction as only the middle part of skin is very pale in color looks weird and reduce my self confidence to face people as they keep asking me whats wrong with lip color which is not even all over the lips.
