Recently I have taken Chest X ray and it detected a Scars on my Lungs. Report Says: Small Parenchymal Lesion with fibrosis seen in both upper lobe and middle lobes. Will I be eligible to apply for Canada or USA for Student Visa. Your Reply Would be Gracious.
