My mother had blood pressure 141/89 before 1 days she take medicine telmikind-am .is she continued this medicine after it controlled.

BP medicines should not be started after one recording is 141/89. Better to measure BP once every two months on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. Medicine only if consistently above 140.
