Dear doctor I am 42 years male. I have stated cycling before 2 months. Daily about 20-22 km (approx 70-80 minutes daily) I cycle. Weelky one holiday. I want to know that if any drawback of cycling, then what are drawbacks and how can I prevent myself. I have not any type of diabetic and bp problem.

That is a serious level of exercise. You might want a quick medical check including pulse, BP, sugar and a consultation. Also be alert for any unusual symptoms, lack of stamina etc. Maintain hydration, and don't overdo it.
