I'm suffering from bipolar mood disorder. On lithium carbonate 450 mg. Sodium valproate 1000 mg. pramipexole. 375 mg (for tremors. With also cilnidipine 5 mg. Nebiholol H 5 mg (hypertension) with aspirin 75 mg. From last 2 months suffering from severe back pain. Rediodiagnostics are normal. Muscle spasm only. Severe back pain. Is this side effects of medication. Should I do sr sodium valproate test with or without liver function test?

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional and followup on completion for further guidance
