Hi, Revital or becadexamin which multivitamin is best for daily basis I do go to gym I workout heavy so I am bit confused please help.

Both are ok. But if you eat a nutritious meal, you do no��t need vitamin supplements. Sometimes when you continue to take supplements for a long time, you will end up in Hypervitaminosis (high vitamin in your body). That might give you side effects. So take supplements only if you are not able to meet your requirements. Keep working out regularly as that helps with weight management and building muscles.
