Can there be problems in eyes due to Vitamin D deficiency? My 25-hydroxy vitamin D is 11. 7 ng/mol. My eyes have following problems: Foreign body sensation, sometimes itching, irritation on splashing water in my eyes, get irritated/redness easily whenever I go out in dust/sunlight, apply any eye makeup product like kajal. Several medicines of dryness in eyes recommended by doctors didn't work for my eyes. Could it be related to Vitamin D deficiency?
