Hi,My age 55 years and I got tested my eyes with super-specialist Doctor confirmed that lack of Tears and they have given eye drop TEARS NATURALE FORTE and rest all normal. But, I am getting slight pulling pain and heaviness in the eyes. Please suggest remedy.
