But once I sit back and relax for 5 min, pain has automatically disappeared and never happen again in whole day. This issue has happened only in morning at wake up time only. This problem actually start when I have started raising my 6-7 month baby in my arms. I have observed that without back support I am feeling back pain also. Please suggest what should I do. You need to do mri of lumbar spine and sacroiliac joint to rule out back pathology as you have stiffness more than pain that too in the morning with the result please do a consult with a rheumatologist.
