Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it.. Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time. Hold the position initially for 10 seconds, and gradually work up to 20 to 30 seconds.

Hello, Thanks for the query. In diabetes, peripheral neuropathy is a commonly occurring complication. This shows up as burning and tingling and numbness sensation in feet and soles. This is usually more severe if the blood glucose control is not adequate. Since there is no mention about fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c%, there is no idea about the level of control. Pragabalin is a good drug, in offering relief to burning sensation. But it is very essential to achieve a strict glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, PP 150 to 170 mg & HbA1c% <6.8 or 7. Thanks.
