I am suffering form Low back pain from last 2 years doctor advice me for MRI and MRI report is 1. Lumber Spondylosis with degenerative disc diseases as described. 2. Diffuse disc bulge with small sized posterocentral disc protrusion slight lateralized towards left side and annular tear noted at L5-S1 level causing effacement of epidural fat and narrowing of bilateral lateral recesses (left>right, abutting left descending S1 never root and mild encroachment of left neural foramina.
