I am always very depressed. Even, I don't like socializing, and I don't like going out like to college or anywhere else thinking I have to meet everyone. I think of being frank and hanging out with friends but I can not attempt to do so. I get always angry on myself thinking 'why do not you go outside and enjoy your life like everyone does but I can't gather enough courage to do so. What should I do. I get very angry on myself.
