Please suggest me how to care of myself and suggest me about ulcers and when have to maintain in typhoid like what to eat or what not because I don't know what food is good in typhoid.

1. Take more liquids ? water, fresh juices, coconut water, soups, milk ,. Butter milk. 2. Take fresh fruits ? banana , apple, 3. No high fiber food- oat, raw vegetables, cabbage, 4. Take lightly cooked vegetables ? baked potato, 5.
