Hi, I have taken my regular Thyroid tests and it is showing a elevated TSH - 3.58 but total T3 and T4 is in normal range. I am under thyroid medication from past 5 years. I went again the next day for Free T3 and T4 test, the did TSH again, and it was 5.85! But, Free T3 and T4 were within the range. Also, I got the Anti-thyroglobulin test done and the result was 247.50. Can anyone tell me why the TSH fluctuation is so high in a day's interval and what is the significance of Anti-Tg being positive and at this level?
