I was addicted to mobile since 5 years. Daily I used to sleep at 2 or 3 am. .daily. But now I want to sleep early at at least 12 .but though I keep my mobile away from me and I close my eyes and try to sleep I won't get sleep upto 2. It's v boring. What should I do. Even I don't sleep afternoon. Pls suggest me something.

Dear talk to yrself are you doing good. Chant Gayatri mantra before go to bed. Take light food in dinner around 8-9 pm. Do vajrasana after food. And walk at least 15 minutes before bed.
