I have been suffering from DRY MOUTH for 8 years and doctors say that I don't have any other symptoms based on blood report to suggest Sjogren's syndrome. My dry mouth may not be extremely severe like in the case of the elderly. But good enough to produce bad breath. Doctor's suggested candies, chewing gum, spray, etc which are not working well for me. Recently I heard the following two medicines. Pilocarpine (Salagen) or cevimeline (Evoxac) Two of them are not available in more than 10 medical shops I visited. Are they available in India at all?
