I am not being able to gain mass. I tried everything possible. I eat everything. I even tried elevate mass gainer. I did workouts. I ran 5 kms daily on a 5-16 speed scale. But I am as slim as I was before. I even took a deworming tablet. But nothing is changing.

Gaining muscle mass is a slow and gradual process. You should focus on eating right food, without eating too much of packed and market food. Eat energy dense foods like milk products, bananas, nuts & dry fruits along with other fruits and veggies. Do 30 mins of body weight exercises every day.
