I have an uric acid around 8.4, so please I want to get provide my diet chart. An the medicine I am taking is foxstat-40. So I have to continue that medicine or I have to change?

Hi Continue the medicine for a month or two, or as advised by your physician. You need to repeat uric acid after 1 to 2 months to know whether you should continue to take the medicine Avoid organ meat as they can raise uric acid. If you can avoid non-vegetarian food till it becomes normal, it��s good for you. Avoid sugars as it helps If you take alcohol, try cutting it down as this will increase uric acid Avoiding refined foods like white rice also helps. Instead eat brown rice/ millets Don’t drink soft drinks/ juice.
