I am 22 years old. Female. In mid-april I started working out at gym. Initially when I started sprinting I had some rigid pain in my shin's. My sprint is 3 min walk 1 min moderate jog and 1 min running*3. So I figured out through google that it's shin splints and I started massaging and putting some warm bottle on shins. Soon the problem almost vanished. 4 days back I started jumping rope on a moderate pace and now my shins hurt so bad. Case has worsen since last night. I am again massaging and steaming that area to put it into comfort. Please advice should I continue going to gym or take rest for days at home. My workout routine is 20 mins on treadmill, 15 min stationary cycling, 15 mins electrical training, 4-5 mins skipping rope, abs workout and final body stretching.
