My family background is diabetic and I am worried that carrying this much weight with this small height I can also become diabetic give me some guideline.

Otherwise, it should be reduced. Fortunately T2 diabetes even though familial, is a preventable condition. By regular exercise, restricted diet and maintaining normal weight one can prevent it or postpone it. So you have to adapt a healthy modified lifestyle. Which includes regular exercise of over 1 hour a day, taking healthy diet, avoiding junk foods, bakery items, pastries, deep fried foods, colas, smoking and alcohol.
