My mother now aged nearly 76 years old suffering from loss of memories specially current topics, recent memories and can't recognize her children, I. E. Me, my brother and sister since 4 to 5 years. I have no idea which disease she suffers, so, advice me which disease she suffers and which medicine can cure her properly?

Hello, The symptoms are suggestive of dementia. There are medicines available which can slow down her memory loss. There is no permanent cure medicine can help in reducing the progression of illness. If not treated the symptoms may progress quickly and she might even forget to perform her daily functioning activities. She need to visit a psychiatrist or neurologist.
