My son is 5 years old. His testicles are very small. I also compared with his same age children. But it is small. Can you please advice / guide me. Is it a common thing in small children. Also his pennies look like small. But major problem is with size of his testicles. But when I examined the testicles, I can find two balls available.

He is too young to be tested . His hormonal level can be checked and it may be low. Intensive growth of testes starts in the 10th year of life, of epididymis in 12th year of life. 3. Testicular volume is the most precise description of its size
