Since some weeks, I am suffering from lower back pain which is mainly during day time when I wake up. And also from some days I am feeling pain some near the joint between wait and leg while twisting my right leg. I consulted doctor who asked me to feet xamray and CT scan. The results of ct scan are normal but x-ray looks little questionable. Doctor ask me to get ESR and HLA-B27 test. He says this may be ankylosing spondylitis. What is this actually. And how can it be cured if found? And doctor said this is genetic, but in my family I never heard of such case. So, I am in doubt about this.
