I am Pain in chest just below left armpit. A heavy feeling as if a piece of rock is placed in my chest. Occasional cough produces thick, colourless and clear mucus. Deep breath causes pain in chest. The pain is somewhat occult, spread over region extending from chest to back. Sometimes feel palpitations in that region. Breathlessness, a feeling that I'm not able to take in enough air predominant during late afternoon or evenings. Sleep is normal usually between 2330 and 0630 hrs. Food habits, normal home food. B'fast between 9: 30 and 10 am tho lunch time is irregular bet 2 and 4 pm due to work commitment. Snack at 6: 15 in the evening & dinner around 9: 30 pm. Normal consumption is two chappatis with a katori veg and 1/2 katori rice & dal at both meals. Can brisk walk 5-6 km with ease. ECG, X-ray chest normal (30 May). Vit D 12.7, cholHDL 28.68, B12 197, tsh 5.091. HepB+ve, DNA load undetectable. Tenofovir 300 mg, thyronorm 37.5 mcg daily. Hiatus Hernia fundoplication in 2013. Please advice.
