Lifestyle modifications are important for you. Stop smoking, drinking, tea and coffee if you are habituated. Avoid trigger foods and eat smaller meals more frequently to avoid indigestion. Also avoid taking whole wheat, nonveg, and too much of spices and sour foods. Control stress. Limit the use of pain-relievers and anti-inflammatory medications. Include leafy greens, low-fat proteins, foods containing flavonoids like brightly colored fruits and vegetables, and foods rich in fiber in your diet. Consult me in private for complete treatment.
