My age is 19 and since a week or two, I have slight mental confusion. It's very slight. It's not like I forget things or anything and I don't get totally confused like "what am I doing here" doesn't happen. But there's this slight feeling, like it's feels weird and it feels something is not right in my mind and this slight disorientation in my mind comes and goes. 2 days its normal and someday I again feel like disoriented. And apart from that I have a lymph nodes viral infection as well which I am still recovering. So this slight confusion causes extreme stress, so what can it be? Is it a anxiety disorder? Or is it because of the viral infection which I have been suffering since 4-5 days? Or is it something totally different? Please help!
