The doctor has prescribed two medicines for hypertension issue of my mother whose BP sometimes escalates to as high 180/90. She also feels light headedness, and anxiety. The doctor has earlier prescribed Omnitan-H and Amlovas-AT. But now they are continuing with Amlovas AT and Weltelmi-CT 80 tablets (Ones a day each). In case of anxiety she has been advised Daxipam 0.25 before going to the bed in night (Only as SOS). KIndly suggest whether the medicines are ok for her. She 65 years old and have been suffering from hypertension for more than 10 years.
