I AM taking eptus 25, Metalor XR 25 pantocid and matilda forte in morning after breakfast and ecosprin150/20 with Cardace2, 5 after dinner how low ejection fraction can be increased and what harmful effects are there with low e f? Also I FEEL TIRED SEVERAL TIMES and energyless. Whar are the negative harmful effects of above medicine? Can I consume alcohol on social gatherings? Can I play games like badminton? I still follow a sedentary lifestyle with no physical activity.

Ejection fraction is a measurement of the percentage of blood leaving your heart each time it contracts. During each heartbeat pumping cycle, the heart contracts and relaxes. When your heart contracts, it ejects blood from the two pumping chambers (ventricles). When your heart relaxes, the ventricles refill with blood. No matter how forceful the contraction, it never is able to pump all of the blood out of a ventricle. The term "ejection fraction" refers to the percentage of blood that's pumped out of a filled ventricle with each heartbeat.
