Sir I am 34 year old, I have diabetes since last 2 years. I am taking glimestar m2 tab daily one. Is it good for me. Kindly suggest me what to do for a healthy life with diabetes. My glucose level normally around 139 to 150 FBS. PPBS 160 to 190.
