Im suffering from back pain from last few months. Consulted doctor. He advised only physiotherapy. Continued physiotherapy for approx 10 days. But no relief. I feel pain only while bending forward. Please advice for suitable exercise. (Also I want to start running. Is is advisable during my backache.

If you have pain, don't start running nd go for the back extension exercises nd core strengthening exercises daily, check the vitamin D3 nd if you feel pain don't bend forward it will aggrivate the symptoms nd avoid stair climbing.
