I am from bangalore. I have symptoms for deficiency of B12. B1.b3 most of them. Past some years I have drinking habit. I also wanted to know is neurobion advisable and if yes many many tablets is safe to take. I searched the net and found the above but want to know its true and also want you to advise me. And also I am little high for diabetes fasting 130.

You should be evaluated for alcohol related problems and if still taking it or not. Fating 130 is in the diabetic range. Needs repeat fasting, pp,HbA1c test done. Consult a Physician with reports.
