I have every symptoms of this disease, in example headache, chest pain, shortness of breath, palpitations, dizziness, weakness, Insomnia, nightmares and feeling like I am going to die. Dear lybrate-user, All your symptoms can occur in anxiety or angina or thyroid problem or some medicines side effect etc. Unless you consult a psychiatrist, you will be confused. Please go with all your medical checkup reports and the drugs you have been prescribed and what you have taken to the same doctor or a psychiatrist. If it is due to anxiety, it needs at least 6 months of treatment. All treatment need to be started with low dose and then increase slowly. There is nothing as the best test or the best medicine. All the tests are already done. The best dose of medicine will be after few weeks follow up with the same doctor or same medicines.
