My doctor advise me to use Cetaphil cleanser and Cetaphil moisturising cream for my pimple and acne. Should I use it .my skin is oily .does Cetaphil cleanser and Cetaphil moisturising cream really reduce pimple and acne.

No cleanser and moisturiser will not treat acne ,in fact it will increase it. for acne you need antibiotics creams , Salicylic acid face wash and Tablets.
