I have done my thyroid test 5 days back, My TSH level was 5.9.Doctor said there is no thyroid .But actual values shows that it should be less than 5 and the ideal TSH level should be less than 3.I have done the test 3 months before then it was 3.3.I do not know why its been increased to this extent. Will TSH levels fluctuate before and after fasting. If I have thyroid then can I take wheat and ragi in my diet.
