Hi Sir, My daughter is obese of more than 80 kg. 5 feet height. 16 years old. Has strep infection but no more tsh or t3 or t4. Rbc is a slight low. Please advise me for some ayurvedic medicines. Tred with medohar vati. Trifala guggul but see some slight improvement and again the same if medicines are withdrawn. Please advise.

Hi Lybrate user take tab Vyoshadi guggule two tablets three times a day with luckwarm water. Take syp Varanadi kashyam 20 ml two times a day with equal amount of luckwarm water. Avoid oily spicy fried salty heavy acidic food stuffs and cold drinks etc. Take light easily digestable nutritional protinious fiber rich diet and green leafy vegetables. Do light exercise yoga and meditation regularly. Tc thanks Regards.
