Doctors suggested me to eat food rich in vitamin B6 may I know about some vegetarian stuffs for my diet.

Hi, All the nuts ,green leafy vegies, all beans, whole cereal n pulses are good source of vitamin B6, does someone suggest you to take so or you have self diagnose it bcoz only taking vit B6 rich foods will not help you much for better understanding you need to consider n look for other parameters too. For that you shd consult a doctor for physical condition n a dietician for diet consultation you can contact me either.
