Dear Ningthi, Your taking antidepressants for your issues related to stress and anxiety moderate grade depression, with some grade of high blood pressure. Conez Q10 or Q is already present in our body at minimum required levels and yes it may be deficient some time. But I'd deficient there are other several antioxidants present in our body to come up with the deficient. We prescribed coenz q only I certain condition but regular dietary supplements I will not prescribe. Hence fourth punch line remains. Eat healthy workout well and do meditation. If your non vegetarian then you should not bothered al all. Regards
