I am having bacterial infections 31/01/2018 to till now on right lower foot black and red also loose sensation bottom of foot.Please suggest.

Bacterial infection needs treatment according to the organisms inhabiting it. If it's just wound and not infected regular dressing is needed. In addition sugars should be controlled adequately. The other issue is numbness of foot. It indicates that nerves are damaged by diabetes. Unfortunately we can't repair the damaged nerve. HOWEVER WE CAN PROTECT THE LIMB. Don't walk barefoot use diabetic footwear made up of MCR material.
