I have diabetes. Is it safe to take Himalaya Gokshura and Ashwagandha together? I am also taking xtra power capsule.

It is fine to take gokshur+ Ashwagandha as an adjuvant (not for treatment of diabetes) The contents of xtra power capsule needs to be checked. Although keeping a gap if half hr between allopathy meds for diabetes and Ayurveda meds is good.
