Good evening lybrate-user Thanks for the query As per your words it seems you have over reatined Deciduous Canine. Visit your Dentist go for a X ray if permanent canine is not thr in bone than you can go for crown on the Deciduous teeth or you can go for Implant in that area. If your permanent canine is thr in that area than it's better you get it exposed and with the help of braces get it aligned in position.
