Hello Sir, Can we eat chappaties made of mixture of (atta, soyabean, besan) daily? Is it safe eating daily and giving it to diabetic patient and non diabetic as well. Does it increase uric acid or any other problem? Is it safe to eat on daily basis and summers as well?

lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. Yes the combination of wheat, soy beans and chana is good for every one including diabetic person. It will offer some additional proteins. Should be good for all seasons, there is no reason to worry about.
