Off course there is every chance. To prevent things from going worse, you should take your medicines regularly and eat a healthy diet and exercise. Basically, lead a healthy life and don’t stress.

There will need to adjust medicines from time to time. Check BP once every month on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. Avoid frequent measurement, and measuring when not feeling normal.
