I am type 2 diabetic patient dependent on 30/70 huminsulin and my blood sugar level always hiked up after meal. every time I check my blood sugar level its higher than 300 two hours after meal. I am living in a village. So please can you send me a diet plan to control blood sugar level and to increase weight.

If your ppbs is above 300 it's quite difficult to control by diet at present May be you need to increase your insulin level.

If you are a type 2 diabetic and your sugar levels are not under control I would suggest you consider metabolic surgery which is a key hole laparoscopic surgery which can get you free from diabetes if your blood tests reveal good residual pancreatic function.
