Hi Doctor, I am 42 Years old hypertensive + diabetic and on telpres 80 (This tablet was changed by the doctor very recently from telpres 40) for hypertension. I was feeling a little uneasy So I checked my bp and it read 165/113. I took a few more readings at different times days just to monitor and readings are pretty much on the same range. Now I do not want to increase my bp medication so I have not consulted my doc again. This at times makes me slightly breathless. What should I do or is it just a psychological condition that I should ignore.
