Hi Sir, My father is 78 years old, diabetic, because of which the blood circulation is poor in lower legs and now very difficult in walking, does not have sensation in bottoms of leg. Please recommend any treatment and checkups. He lost eye sight in one eye because of diabetes and vision has become blurred in another eye. Showed eye specialist not helping, they said not much can be done. Please suggest anything. He has done by pass and knee surgery before 10 years,

In a known case of diabetic we need to control sugar levels with medication , aerobic exercise and following a diabetic diet and crepe bandage in both legs might be helpful

Control blood sugar. Diabetic diet insulin ormedicine. Check leg with a surgeon check eye in Aiims eye professor do blood sugar fasting and 2 hour post prandial. Hb A1c. That Will indicate sugar control present and past. Do mild exercise like walk. Avoid sugar and sweetie diet.
