I am 25 years old. My grandmother is a 59 years old. She have a pain in her knees. She is looking so healthy and well but their knees pain is really so painful and she barely walk. We doing so many medicine but there problem is still. So I need your important guidelines and instructions that how and which medicine is good for my grandmother. Thank you so much.

If she is unable to walk, then first of all try to find out the cause. Only then you will come to know whether her treatment is medical or surgical. At the age of 59 years, if she is having severe tricompartmental osteoarthritis of knees, then the treatment is total knee replacement, not any medicine.
